Door Jambs
A door is only as good as the frame it is hung in. That’s why we’ve chosen to stay away from veneered particle board and veneered finger-joint frames.
All of our door frames are made of real, solid hardwood material, milled and assembled in our facility. We pre-hang all of our doors in-house so that each door and frame is machined, fit, and assembled to meet your expectations. Our features include:
Solid wood to avoid bubbling, peeling, or splitting of veneers.
Full width frame at 4 5/8” with beveled edges to fully cover standard wall thickness, instead of an advertised 4 9/16” that may fall shy.
Full 3/4” thickness jamb all around the frame for less flex and shimming, not an 11/16” advertised as 3/4”
Assembly with countersunk screws, not haphazardly shot nails that fall apart during transportation and installation
Door stops are fastened from the back of the jamb with precision for no visible nail holes.
All of our door frames are made of true hardwood material through and through - no veneers, no particle board, no finger-jointed pine material for your door frames.
